Company Strength
Thermosymmetrical Frame Design
The inherently rigid machine frame features a thermosymmetrical design. The large-dimensioned axial thrust bearing supports the machine table and workpiece weight. Radial guidance is assured by means of a preloaded angular contact ball bearing. The table drive of either a three or four shaft arrangement enables the highest efficiency and performance to be achieved.
Symmetrical Portal Structure
The portal design consists of two columns connected by a large section crossbeam. The symmetrical design of the portal provides the cross rail guidance via two large box section guideways.
Optimised Cross Rail
The cross rail is a ribbed design with optimised cross section. Cast iron construction, hydrostatic guideways, guiding width 700 – 1,500 mm, hydraulic clamping of the cross-beam in machining position.
